Free Online Workshop – Heal Your Allergies
If you want to help yourself (or someone close) with allergies, then this is for you. It could also be for people that have so called intolerances, as often, an intolerance might in fact be an allergy.
A spongy brain
Have you heard the comparison of the human brain to a sponge?
We all know what a sponge is and what it does. It’s that flexible, soft, stretchy thing that absorbs any liquid it is put in or it comes in contact with.
And just like a sponge, the human brain does many things in the same way.
Whatever environment we decide to expose it to or immerse it in, it will absorb it and will …
Stress release with whole brain posture
Try this for any situation that stresses you and notice how you feel afterwards.
There are many things that create an emotional upset in us and this could happen many times in one day.
It is not always possible to stop those things from happening but it is possible to learn ways to deal with the emotional upsets.
One way is …
Love is all you need
I saw a post these days which said “the most powerful motivation is rejection”!! The post was about Mr Bean (Rowan Atkinson) and how he succeeded in spite of all the rejections he had received.
I love the story of Mr Bean and even more his humour. But this phrase got me thinking.
Although it sounds impactful when said/read, this …
Colour me happy
Do you sometimes feel like eating something particular or wearing a specific colour of clothing?
Although you may not be consciously aware, our energy system is constantly sending us signals about what we need at every moment of time so that we can continue functioning at our …

Do these phrases sound familiar to you:
“You can’t be this” or “you are not allowed to be like that”, or “Who do you think you are, thinking you can be like this or like that?”
This type of limitations are typically experienced in the childhood and if not resolved they will continue to be active throughout the adolescence and into the adulthood.
The good news is that you can resolve them by …
Judgement = Not Understanding
In all honesty, we judge all the time whether we do that consciously or not.
We judge when we see someone dressed differently then us (we think of it “better” or “worse”), we judge ideas – constantly, we judge behaviour of people or animals, we judge what people have (material objects, jobs, statuses, families) etc., etc., etc.
Have you asked yourself where does judgement come from? Why do we judge?
Or maybe the …
Where is the culprit?
Things happen in life, things we call ‘good’ and things we call ‘not good’.
When ‘good’ things happen, we tend not to ask many questions, we simply enjoy what happened.
But when ‘not good’ things happen, then we react. We are upset, frustrated, full of emotions, and we want answers!
What kind of answers?
In most cases we want to find the reasons, to understand why it happened, how it happened, and in a business setting we …
Responsibility, what a funny word!
What connotation does this word stir in you? It sounds almost negative, difficult, not easy, maybe even a little bit scary. Doesn’t it?
And then we hear phrases such as: “Life is about taking 100% responsibility for everything that happens to us”.
That’s great! Is that suppose to make us feel good or empowered? It seems to create completely the opposite feelings, like “it is your fault” “it is your own doing” “you have only yourself to blame” etc.
One way to benefit from the power of this word is …
